The Animal Crossing theme adds charm to this basic application - but is it ultimately enough to justify the cost?

With the popularity of the applications available for Apple's iPhone, it comes as no real surprise to see Nintendo releasing apps for their DSi system. Animal Crossing Calculator takes the standard calculator function and builds an Animal Crossing-themed..

Hahaha, this is ridiculous. I pity you North Americans for this crappy DSi update.
I'm kinda surprised that guy could spend 2 minutes putting in random numbers. Goes a long way of showing what people can do when they're bored, I guess. :P

I suppose it's handy since Calculators can cost 1.00 or 2.00 but still... 100 Points would seem more reasonable....

100 points? No FREE would seem more reasonable.

This stuff is FREE on cell phones! COME ON!

Where is homebrew..... Nintendo seems to be promoting homebrew apps themselves more then any other group with this crap.

I know I'm so pissed off at this, I mean a cheap useful app that I would use everyday! Why Nintendo? Why? I hate you for coming out with stuff I want! I HATE YOU! Now my DSi can do more things, this is terrible. I know I have to pay to get something somebody programmed to make money with and is offering a good deal, man this is awful.

In fact just to prove my point, I bought this and will also buy the Mario edition.
Evil me, spending my money as I see fit.

Why is it unfair that other games get pushed back, heck most the ones you want aren't even done with localization.

Life's not fair, get used to it.

I already have a calculator at home and on my mobile phone. It seems Nintendo wants to create low quality shovelware, rather then create decent games nowadays, because people are more likely to buy this tripe then something that is great fun.

HAHA! You always crack me up! You're one of the most outgoing, hilarious members of nl! :D

But seriously, this is yet another title I'm adding to my NintendoWare library. (holds up tomato-blocking shield)

Really, ya think so? I love apps like this, all it means for me is lugging around less stuff. Also, I'm going to get the clock to further prove my point.
