I wanted to give a say about what the Nintendo switch 2 should have in it hardware upgrade for the mobile part of the Nintendo switch 2 experience.

I got some research done on a material the screen can use as a way to make 3D really seem like you are guiding another existence through a portal you can see through.

Yes, it is possible to create a material or device that allows light to pass through in one direction but blocks the reflection or transmission of light/images in the opposite direction. This is known as a one-way mirror or one-way glass.

The key mechanism behind one-way mirrors/glass is the use of a semi-transparent reflective coating, usually made of a thin metallic film. This coating is applied to the surface of the glass or material.

When light hits the coated side, some of the light is reflected, creating the mirror-like effect. However, when light hits the uncoated side, most of it passes through the semi-transparent coating, allowing it to transmit through the material.

This creates the one-way effect - light can pass through in one direction but not the other. Some common applications include:

  • Security windows/panels - Allows people on one side to see through, while preventing visibility from the other side.
  • Interrogation rooms - Allows observers to see subjects without being seen.
  • Retail dressing rooms - Allows customers to see out, but prevents seeing in from the retail floor.

The key is engineering the semi-transparent reflective coating to have the right balance of reflectivity and transmissivity to achieve the desired one-way effect. This is an important application of optics and material science.

Nintendo switch 2 has that screen.

Nintendo switch 2 games are based on the consoles ability to block light glare and image reflections. So the games simulation includes glare and other real world light impact imagery. ✨️ Making it like a 3DS. It will seem like the images coming to you from the console image creation or games are real life and you'll think you can dive into the screen.

Mastered 3D imagery and light on textures.

Its possible on the Nintendo switch 2 because of the hardware upgrades that are smoother framerates and higher resolution capabilities and faster graphics processing.

The Nintendo switch 2 is going to be highly sought after. Possibly selling out like the ps5 and needing restock. Back selling is where they take orders that are ready to ship in the future. But they are too waiting for restock. It named back order to customers.
